Service Description
Please book at least ten days prior to arrival, if shorter notice please email. If enquiring about a separate venue please contact me via my email bookings@decorachel.co.uk . 5x 34inch Silver letter foil balloons 'BRIDE' helium filled with weights. 30x ceiling balloons helium filled with tassels. All items are hired for the duration of your stay, please look after them as if there were your own. I will collect and wash items after you depart. Please inform me of any breakages whilst in your care, these will of course be billed for replacements. Delivered on a Monday or Friday by 3pm or before early check in at 1pm. If fully booked I will inform you straight away (within 48 hours on working days) and refund any amount paid. Please understand that this is only to be booked on a Monday or Friday, if you have a different check in day please email before you book. Please read our terms and conditions below before booking - (Please also see full terms and conditions on our official page) Terms and conditions- If you have to cancel your booking with Ashlin Farm Barns, unfortunately half of your balance is non-refundable. If you choose to transfer your booking with Ashlin Farm Barns to a later date your balance will also be transferred across to that chosen date, if available please email. Although if your booking can no longer go ahead because of a local lock down you will receive a full refund. Latex allergies MUST be declared before booking. Once the balloons are in your possession they are no longer DecoRachel’s responsibility, photos will be taken upon completion. You are responsible for any props that become damaged while under your care, you will be invoiced directly. If significant damage you will be charged for the price of a new prop. Please care for our items as if they were your own. Please keep balloons directly out of sunlight while in use and away from any heat sources. Balloons are hazardous to children , as there is a risk of choking. Please do not leave children unsupervised around your set up.
Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your booking with Ashlin Farm Barns, unfortunately half of your booking amount will be lost. If you choose to transfer your booking with Ashlin Farm Barns to a later date please inform me as soon as possible to ensure I can accommodate to a new date. If I can't accommodate half of your balance will be refunded. If your booking can no longer go ahead because of a local lock down you will receive a full refund.
